A new song by a South African Hip Hop artist Slikour called "Blacks are fools" which led him to receive bad comments from the public.Slikour who recently released a new song called "Blacks are fools" has offered apology to black people who think that his new song is offending them.Majority of black people are not satisfied with the messages they receive on a new song by Slikour.Majority of black people are not satisfied with this song because they regard it as controversial towards them.Slikour on his new song rhymes written that:

Guilty face:Slikour after his apology by his new song
This picture taken from:(http://www.sundayworld.co.za/)
Slikour after releasing this song he received calls for anonymous people threatening to kill him. This shows that other people regard this song as disrespecting blacks and are not happy of that because they are busy threatening him through cellphone calls. The people who commented on Slikour's new song "Blacks are fools" are complaining about this song because they feel that it is putting black people's perceptions in an appalling manner.Slikour claims that those people who think that his new song is offending them they have misunderstood the messages.Slikour said that he wrote this song based on what white people say about blacks. He says that "blacks we are lazy, that is why foreigners take our jobs".Slikour told Sunday world that he was not intended to hurt black people on his new song. He also apologised to those he offended them.Slikour is now promising the people that he swallowed his words and also apologised to those who threatened to kill him.

I think this new song by Slikour will never get support from the public because it is regarded as controversinal to blacks.AZAPO president Jacob Dikobo also aired his views about this new song by Slikour.Jacob Dikobo said that he is encouraging people not to buy that song and radio stations to ban it.for more information:read more

  3. but some of this track lyrics are true, his mistake is the way this "black are fools" stated. somewhere somehow he is trying to send and warn the blacks(about what he's saying this track)

    1. i agree with you Mthokosisi the thing that made this track seems to be controversial is the name of it.I think if he can change the name of this track and put it in a positive manner it will be more interesting

  7. I also agree with Thobeka the nothing wrong with the song, we just do not want to hear the truth that we are lazy that is the reason why foreigners take our jobs and the little money we have makes us think that we rule which is true.

  9. well Marvee and Thobeka, the may be nothing wrong with the song as you listen to it but the mere fact that he refered to black people as fools trigers an emotion that Slikour does not respect black people. An artist must always know that people are atrracted to a song because of its title, and by giving a song such a title he is loosing fans. Its because of such actions that South African Hiphop is on a downward spiral.

  10. i personally listened to the song and it has a strong message on it, what the guy is saying is totally true, people are judging the song based on the tittle of it. listening is a skill, they should listen to the song and then they can comment.

  11. Man I`ve once heard the song but I don`t think he`d just write an insulting song without a reason, obviously there`s something he didn`t like about black people so he`s trying to reveal what he feels inside and that is what hiphop music is about.

  12. I must say that slikour does not know what he is talking about but I read an article about him concerning the whole song nad he did make a point of what he meant by the saying of "blacks are fools" but he should have atleast said something better that would not come as an offense.

  13. Celebs we give them support and they think they have the power. Music is about the content is the message is not right you wont make sales, so Slikour and his controversial song i dont thing the public is up for them.
